Expired“Repurposed” Book Projects

repurposed-booksThis class presents ways to re-use “good” books gone “bad!” These projects are designed to show off our love of books and make use (or re-use) of their shape and format. Learn to use thrift shop books to create a variety of unique decorative and useful conversation pieces. Projects include: a Classic Book-into-Portfolio case; a Book Safe, to hide your valuables in plain sight on your bookcase; a Kindle or E-reader Case; and a Book Vase with Origami Flowers. Lee’s other “Repurposed” book projects will be shown and discussed so you’ll go home with plenty of patterns and ideas.
